Pitch

The ASRDLF 2019 will take place for the second (and last) year in a row at the Institute of Urban Planning and Alpine Geography, University of Grenoble Alpes on February 04, 05 and 06, 2019.

These doctoral courses are aimed at doctoral students in the Human and Social Sciences (planning, economics, geography, management, history, political science, sociology, etc.) as long as their work focuses on territorial issues.

A real moment of exchange and debate between young researchers and experienced researchers, the doctoral courses take the form of thematic workshops. 4 or 5 doctoral students present their work in front of several lecturers and other doctoral students and thus benefit from their perspectives and experiences. The event is also structured around plenary sessions: conferences (Ludovic Halbert, CNRS researcher at LATTS and Leila Kebir, researcher at the University of Lausanne will be our guests); information sequence on the execution of a thesis in the presence of doctoral school directors and CNU presidents (geography, urban planning and economics).

The doctoral students bring together 70 doctoral students and 15 professors, supervisors, from all over the French-speaking world.

These doctoral students are organized by the Pacte laboratory with the support of the UFR on behalf of the Association de science régionale de langue française (ASRDLF). This international scientific association, publisher of the Revue d'Economie Régionale et Urbaine, with about 350 members, organizes each year on different university sites in France and abroad, a symposium and a doctoral school.
